A variety of specially designed ground transportation
services are prearranged and available to satisfy the
needs of our clients. Custom tailored ground
transportation service can be arranged to satisfy all of
your specific needs.
Hourly charter service will include your chauffeur
dressed in a tuxedo or formal business suit, a bottle of
properly chilled private label champagne or sparkling
apple cider, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Specific
requests for other beverages can be accommodated at an
additional cost.
Airport ground transportation service is conducted with
your chauffeur dressed in a conservative business suit.
Your chauffeur will locate and meet inbound clients with
a highly visible name card at the airline gate for
domestic flights and at the customs gate for
international flights. If you prefer curbside pickup, we
will accommodate you as long as you have a cell phone.
Our company will confirm outbound and inbound service
with the client at least one day prior to the date of
service between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM (Eastern Std Time).
We also monitor flights thru flightview.com to check for
flight delays, arrival and departure times. We transfer
the latest reports to our chauffeurs via 2-way radio.
Additionally, the chauffeur will escort our clients to
baggage claim and help with the luggage. Beverages for
airport service are available upon request when the
reservation is made or when the chauffeur calls to
confirm outbound service. Due to specials and variables,
